Right,firstly up your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables,and eat nuts.Fish and chicken are really good for you.What I did,and it sounds stupid but works.I run up and down my stairs 12 times.My word,my bottom area aches,but it shifted the excess lard.I could feel everything wobble.I don't have the time or motivation to go to a gym,simple but worked for me.

if your tryin to loose wieght then just cut back on what you eat and dont go back for seconds. it is hard the first two days cause you just want to eat any thing you can get your hands on. believe me i have tryed allmost every diet out there and cuttin back worked the best for me. i lost 6 pounds in two weeks. once you start you would be suprised at how much you really did eat. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Get a power washer. This way you can wash houses or whatever and get exercise at the same time plus have a clean butt. Smart eh.
