i told my new Therapist that i was going to get
even with my old Therapist her for some thing she did to me
does my new Therapist have the right to tell her i said that

There is a thing called doctor-patient confidentiality. There are some unscrupulous therapists that would tell but not mention names and there are the kinds that would mention names. However, if you told about planning something illegal or endangering the life of the old therapist then I think the therapist has a moral obligation to contact the authorities.

only if you were going to harm her and even in that case the therapist would need to contact the correct authority but otherwise...if it was something pitty that was NOT breaking the law then no, it is all in confidentiality.

If you posed a legitimate threat, then yeah, she's legally obligated to. Would've been alot slicker of you NOT to tell her but......
