Do not eat KFC,it is yuk and unhealthy.Plus you may find chicken bones in there and birds beaks.

lol, well... KFC isn't what nutritionists mean when they say "chicken." You're probably bloating -- KFC has a LOT of sodium in it, so you're retaining water weight. I would stay away from the fast food. They say some beef is good for you too, but that doesn't mean you should eat Big Macs and call it "beef." Those are enriched, fatty, and dangerous foods.

bad thing about kfc is its filled with grease- while chicken and all is good for you- fried chicken isnt. Sorry to tell ya, weight flux isnt a bad thing either...dont get scared over it.

well, its fried and full of fat, and it also depends on how much you ate. There is also a difference in what clothing you are wearing, time of month, and if it is the same scale......
