INDIA is passing through a period wherein i feel the central government is very weak just because of its own allies.anyways the congress has done nothing good for the country in the first fifty years of independence.the only things that we have got from congress rule is corruption and lethargy in government institutions and a social divide between the different castes and religious groups.so i want to know what others actually feel about the current situation.

Not at all.

They are as bad, or may be worst,
as they used to be.

The Govt. is managed by the weakest
person-Dr. Singh, who is an Economist
from London School of economics, and
has no idea of Indian Economy. He ONLY
KNOWS ABOUT SENSEX, to please
businessmen.

He is ably assisted to ruin the country
by having P.Chidambaram, another
Lawyer from London, to look at the sensex
and tax all and threaten every one. In
-cidentally, he is from Money Lender
Community of Tamilnadu and has got
his community registered as an OBC
section of the society to get jobs assured
in Govt.

There are false promises made by these
2 men to contain the prices, but failed
miserably in all fronts.

They have reduced the small saving
interests to woo the big borrowers.

The interests of the poor, lower middle
class has been ignored totally. There
is no social security for the working
class. They are minting money for
themselves. Arjun Singh Ambumani
Ramdoss have their own agenda for
reservations to devide the country.

Criminals are having a Hay Day
in this Govt as Ministers.

Militants are on rampage, still wanting
to extend Friendship to Pakistan.

Spineless to take action against
Bangladesh and Kasmere Militants
and wanting to release convicts,
who are to be hanged.

Today politics is a profession rather than service, like any business man politicians try to make the most for their self benefits and not to the public which they now feel are their servants. 25% of the budget fund goes to pay interest on borrowings, nearly 15% is required to pay off salaries, then there is allocation for other revenue expenditure and only 8 to 9% is finally available for developmental projects, now from this the politicians cut, cut for the bureaucracy, pay off for other connected agencies. well your Guss is as good as mine what is finally left over for the common man like you and me. All Government works in the same pattern.

That's true! If we think that what have we got from this government? The answer to this question would be and will be "Nothing So Far". We can see in daily life that so much corruption is going on. What the government can acheive, when they do have to solve their own problems.

I really support you for asking this question. I loved to answer these kinds of questions.
