Could some one please tell me where about in Greater Manchester I can rent a buy to let house quickly and get my mortgage covered by rent. I am looking to invest around 10000 as deposit on a buy to let house but don't know where in Manchester to buy.

If I were you, I would steer clear of Moss Side, Hulme and that area, if in the future, you wish to sell the house, you will find it very difficult indeed. May I suggest you try Salford, (Ordsall ), it is an up and coming city, there are lots of businesses in and around Trafford etc, and as far as I know, the rents are high, I don't think you would have any problems renting there as there are a lot of proffessional people nearly always looking for places to stay, but may I give you some advice, that is whoever you have as a potential tennant, check them out, check their referenceetc, and make sure you get at least one months rent in advance.......Good Luck to you.

NOT MOSS SIDE AL,totaly not moss side!!MISS BEHAVIN says its hot there right now,she is correct,its hot alright-with a lot of LEAD flying about-loads of it!!Cheadle hulme is supposed to be a nice area,i think in the 'burbs of manchester.Perhaps you could try some estate agents online for that area,they would surely be able to help you with your quest.

Around the airport would be good,there is a huge demand for houses to let from flight attendants and pilots.
