Wow... does that bring some interesting questions to mind..... huh...
I guess it would depend on the circumstances? If the person is obese and is immobile than yes that would be an emergency or if the person has some type of handicap. By all means it is appropriate to call any of the emergency services such as fire, police or ambulance or 911.
However it the circumstances or of a different nature such as you are a Lil tied up.... hehehe ... unless you man works there... I wouldn't suggest it...

Uh, yeah. That is an emergency. A person who can't roll over probably can't get up to access food or water and will develop bed sores and die.

Hmmm...my answer would be to call Jenny Craig instead. HAHA! Where I live there is one lady's house that the fire department gets called to every other day because she can't get out of her hair. I mean she is so big that when she sits down in the car, the car actually looks like it is about 2 inches from the ground. I know that's mean to say but it's the truth!!

Welll I would say that that dependes on things like, are a fat and very old grumpy lady that roll offf her bed or just a little lazy kid who is too lazy to roll over???
