You should definately check out your local Fashion Bug. (You could even take a peek at their web site) I bought a gorgeous dress there on sale for $50! Everyone complimented me on the dress.

A store like DEB/Fashion Bug/DOTS would all carry inexpensive dresses that come in a variety of colors. You could check out David's Bridal? A lot of times they have a clearance section with good deals!

Definately try Ebay, there are loads on there. I've also seen that Marks & Spencers are doing prom dresses now... and believe it or not they are very nice!
