I dont know if its blood. It may be discharge, I have never seen it beofre and it has happend twice. not in the same day. but different days and usually after sex. I thought it might of been from sex but then I got to thinking and was thinking about the negatives, But I just know. Theres no servere cramping. I get cramping sometimes but it isnt severe so I really dont worry about it too much. I guess if its not Bright Red, then I have nothing to worry about. I have my first appointment this friday, 27th so I will defiently talk to my doctor. This is my first pregnancy too!!!!
Thanks for everyones comment. It helped me out alot!!

The thing is that when you are pregnant, the baby takes what it needs from your body regardless of you eating or not. It's important to live healthy when you are pregnant - and eat at a regular basis, but don't stress it. If you can't eat, you propably will soon.
I would contact the doctor about the blood. It's propably nothing, but why go around worrying? You are pregnant, be happy!
Good luck, girl! :)

When I was pregnant, I never had any troubles though you may be experiencing "morning sickness" even though you are not throwing up right? Sometimes I did not feel hungry but I would make my self eat a small snack, a piece of fruit, half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, or something like that. It is VERY important to eat breakfast. If you have no appetite, try to set out some crackers on your nightstand and a bottle of water before you go to bed. In the morning, before you sit or stand, get the crackers and eat them while still lying down. This has helped many of my friends. Wait about 5 minutes or so and then get out of bed as normal. The crackers help with the acid in your stomach. Give it a try, plus it will boost your metabolism, therefor making you hungry for breakfast. As for the bleeding, it could be old blood from your uterus from your last cycle, after sex this would make sense. I would also advise you to report ALL problems to your doctor. I hope that you will find this information helpful. I wish you and your baby a happy and healthily pregnancy. God bless you and your family.

Dont worry about not eating in the morning if you are eating ok the rest of the day. A lot of womens eating habits change when pregnant, some eat mroe, some less, depends if you get morning sickness, etc.
The brownish blood sounds like implantation bleeding, I had it when I was pregnant for the first 3 months. As long as its brown, I wouldnt worry too much, if its starts being normal red blood, then you need to contact your doctor as it may be a miscarriage, im sorry to say. Even so, theres nothing your doctor will be able to do for you at this stage anyway. As long as it stays brown, you have no pains and its fairly light, I wouldnt worry too much. You could ring your doctor, but im sure he will tell you the same thing.
I know how worrying it is, having had it myself, but ive got a perfectly healthy normal 4 year old now, it was just implantation bleeding.

You will find that food takes on a whole new meaning when you're pregnant. It's perfectly normal. I had no appetite when I was pregnant either. Just remember that your baby will take all it needs from your vitamin stores. Your body will automatically nourish the baby before it does you. Eat what you can when you can and make sure it's healthy food and take your prenatal vitamin. As for the blood, it's probably ok. The concern is if it's bright red and there's more concern if you have cramping. I had spotting throughout my whole pregnancy with my daughter and they gave me the lowdown many times. If it continues or is bright red or cramping I would definately consult your doctor. If there were to be something wrong at this stage there is absolutely nothing they would do anyways. Hope this helps and God Bless

I had both those symptoms with my first pregnancy. I ended up losing weight in the 1 & 2 trimester but my doctor monitored me. I just was not interested in food. But I caught up gained a total of 13lbs for entire pregnancy. (I had lost 10 lbs in the beginning)
As for the spotting. I had it on and off throughout. After the first time my OB was usually only concerned if it was bright red (a problem) or other symptoms occurred at the same time.
I am telling you this to ease your mind not to keep you from going to the doctor. I know how worrisome it can be. But you must go to the doctor as soon as possible to rule out anything else. Always contact your doctor about anything even if it can be considered normal...that is what they are there for.

I would contact your doctor anyways, but I am 7 weeks pregnant and I feel the same way about food, ecept when I do eat I feel as though I am going to throw up. Like I can't hold anything down. My doctor told me that sometimes it happens, and that as long as I am taking my prenatal and eating healthy (as much as I can stand), then there is nothing to worry about. As far as the brownish blood.....Are you sure it's blood. If it is contact your doctor immediatly. Otherwise it may just be discharge, which is normal. I had that with my 1rst pregnancy. It could also be a progressed infection in which case you'll need to see your doctor for that as well.
Hope this helps.

Mmm, the brownish blood after sex would most likely be fact that all of your internal girly parts are swollen due to pregnancy and when you have sex, you are busting all the capillaries (which is normal and bound to happen), and you bleed a little. One ER doctor swore I would lose my baby because I was bleeding, only to find out the next day that the baby was perfectly fine, it was having sex that was making me bleed. So I'm sure you are okay.
Mornings are usually rough on pregnant women. I went through the same thing. If you can't eat food, try doing like noodle soup or broth, something warm to make your stomach feel a little better if you are nauseus. You might want to give your doctor a heads up at your next visit and s/he might be able to help you out better.
I hope this helped you out. I hope you feel better!

I wouldn't worry if I were you. As long as you're eating throughout the day, you should be ok. I was in a far worse situation than you. between 7 and 18 weeks, I couldn't eat that much. I lost a little bit of weight, but my doctor had no concerns. I couldn't keep anything down and I was vomitting everyday (sorry guys, but I was). I would feel sick from the time I woke up to the time I went to bed. My doctor said that as long as I'm taking some food in and not throwing EVERYTHING up, I should be fine. Some women have it so bad that they need to be taken to the ER and fed through IV. If anything, you'll make up for it during your 2nd trimester... at least you're eating.
Congratulations!

In the early stages of pregnancy it is normal not to feel hungry in the morning, I myself is 36 weeks and I had morning sickness for the first 4 months, so breakfast wasn't an option for me. as long as you are eating through out the day and gaining weight, I wouldn't worry. I have never experienced the light brownish blood before -- so I would say call your ob asap to talk to them about it, its better to get it checked out .
