air dry them and then put them in the dryer for 30 min on the lowest heat your dryer has, it will get the stiffness out of them! and it wont shrink them!

I always air dry my jeans because they seem to keep shrinking (I'm not gaining weight). Try putting more softener in the washer and they won't be as stiff. I put mine in a downy ball so it doesn't leave spots on the clothes. I just put a little extra, and they stay soft.

I think it's best to air dry them,and try ironing them before you wear them to get the stiffness out.

u can air dry jeans, but after put them in the dryer for about, 1-2 minutes and then they feel normal agian, or if u dont have a dryer just squeeze and pinch them alot, until they are soft again, trust me i know.......

Use fabric softener, then reshape them when they are slightly damp
