You may also be dehydrated--drink some water. Or did you eat salty or acidic foods the day before? In either case, it won't hurt you to drink some water and moisturize those lips, with Vitamin E maybe, and lay off the salty foods for a bit until they heal.

It is a Vitamin shortage. Usually vitamin D. Eat dark green vegetables and take multiple vitamins.
WE ARE WHAT WE EAT. If we don't eat healthy,
we won't be healthy.

sounds to me that you need to put chapstick on and stay out of the dryness. This time of year could do that to you. I know that my skin is chapped because of my fire stove. I would just get a good chapstick

it may be triggered by stress, but moreso it's an iron deficiency - also if you're eating alot of salty stuff, that's a killer too.

most likely you are dehydrated and just need to drink more water. try adding to your fluids change of weather will cause this as well
