When you treat an infection, it is important to know what the correct type of antibiotic is required for the infection type. You also have to know the correct dose, for the correct number of days, by the correct route.
Incorrect treatment of an infection causes a more prolonged illness, and increases the risk of developping treatment resistant infections such as MRSA.
If you don't know whether you can use cephalexin on humans, then you really are not in a position of knowing what dose to take, or for how long.
We have human doctors for a reason - they know what to prescribe. Go and see one!

cephalexin is used as a human antibiotic. however, the dog meds were formulated for a dog and the dosage and delivery were designed for a dog's digestion and metabolism. do not take your dog's meds!

Keflex is a widely used broad spectrum antibiotic for humans. Do not use unless you're a doctor. That would be prescribing medication w/o a license which constitutes prison time.
