I have these episodes from time to time but are vecoming more frequent. Not unduly stressed & have slept well. Could it be associated to my hiatus hernia tho' I can;t see how that would cause the head symptom.

Could be a lot of things, but I'm thinking allergies. That's exactly how I feel when my allergies kick in. It gets more frequent as the allergies get more pronounced (whatever I'm allergic to starts its full bloom?). Once I get on my allergy medication, it goes away.

I'd check in with your doctor right away and explain your symptoms, when they started, how long they last, etc.

Feel better!

Let it all out. Scapegoat certain players, call for the managers head, slag off the fans for not getting behing when you went 2-1 down, say you'll refuse to support them ever again..then before you know it it's tomorrow morning, people will be insulting your club and you'll feel the need to defend it. By Saturday you'll be excited about the next match, hoping to rectify the crap result.

Have a full check up done. It could be low blood suger or a problem with your blood pressure. Also could be anxiety or pregnancy. maybe your blood levels are low and you are anaemic. I would get a full check up if I were you, get to the root of it. you can then treat the cause and you will be less worried. Good luck.

I like that i suggest you go for a massage. Like a shiatsu massage. I think it's stress inside you. You have to take a hot bath the next day. Do the hot bath every time you take a bath. Because in my place its too hot that we dont really take a hot shower.

this could be caused by a number of things.

does it happen at a particular time? like after eating? if so, it could be a blood sugar disorder.

is it worse at certain times in certain areas?

best thing to do is get checked out by your doctor.
