Ok, i run the 400m dash and i run on the 1600m relay team, my time right now is 50.8 seconds as best time, but i have to get better i really do, there were kids at state last year who got 48.8 and i need to be there with them, what kinds of suppliments will get me there, legal suppliments that wont hurt me in any ways wether is be sexually or physically. please let me know.

no supplements!!! If you start on a legal one, it'll make you want more and more and more, eventually leading to the illegal ones. Try training like twice a day, eating healthy, going to bed at a good time, etc. etc. etc. You get the point??? Nothing will make you as good as good training and all those other hints, not even the best supplements. Try weight training, that might help. I don't know I'm not a runner but I do the field events, so make sure you warm up properly and cool down properly, have a good coach who will train you every day. There yah go, NO SUPPLEMENTS!

why not try training differently, do better training, more speed endurance work, weights etc. supplements alone is not going to do it for you.

try doing a different style of a workout...more speed workouts...try not to take supplements.
