My husband was born here and his parents were born in the Phillipines.
He was not discriminated against, but he knows he got his job because he's a minority.
He didn't care. He got the job and has been an excellent employee and has several promotions based on his ability, not his race.

The state of montana has discriminated against me because I am white and elderly. Found out that nobody in state government really cares or will do anything about it. Life sucks as do all politicians. Get used to it.

Yes ,a black guy with less experience and qualifications was promoted past me on a job. I was flat out told he was to fill a federal job quota! I found another job the next week!
