have used it twice in the past. both times i got what i asked for.
Word of warning is always read the small print, and look for all words on the ad so you fully know what you are buying.
in additon, review the seller's feedback report (on left hand side of screen) this will give you other people's response.

judge from the above and make a decision.
All the best.

There's this really nifty FEEDBACK thing that looks good. You look up the person you're hoping to buy from, and it shows if they've sold before and if they have, whether they sent the goods, if they were there in time and what condition they are in. If there is no feedback, it's likely that they're a first time person and DONT USE THEM. Wait till someone else finds out if they're ok first.
As a general rule, most people on eBay are cool....they usually send it
Hope it helps :-)

I've bought cars and shoes and speakers and all sorts of weird and wonderful stuff on there and never been conned, just only buy off those with lots of good feedback.

i think it's great, i have been conned on it but as long as you use paypal if the item don't come or is lost in the post you can/should get all of you money back but it can take a while to get it.
also check the feedback, if they have alot of neg's don't buy of them and if they have a low feedback score don't buy from then.

eBay is a good reliable sight, but only ever pay or accept payments using PayPal. remember you cannot sell food or living things etc on eBay.

i use it all the time, the majority of the time it is fine but you get the odd person who ***** you about, you can claim compensation back from ebay though so you usually dont lose out.

As long as the person you are buying off of has a good rating you should be ok.
