When I was in my twenties I was considered extremely beautiful. I remember walking down the street being amazed at how wonderful I was because I was so beautiful. Then I noticed a young man in a wheelchair talking and laughing with some friends. The fact that he was enjoying his life despite serious problems made me reconsider what being wonderful really meant.
My conclusion was that I was still glad to be beautiful, but this guy was a million times better than me on my best day.

Let's just say it's perfectly normal, but rather uncommon. The reason is because most people feel they have physical flaws that keep them from being the perfect woman or man. These flaws are mostly in the mind of the person seeking perfection, as society as a whole doesn't notice or care about the imagined flaws. It would be a strange world if we all looked alike. It's diversity that makes for variety, and we don't have to all adhere to the same standards of good looks.
I do commend you, however, for being satisfied or even loving the way you look. If everyone felt the same, the weight loss clinics, the cosmetic, fashion and hair styling industries would all go belly up! Congratulations!

There's really no such thing as normal. But if you love the way you look, good for you. Just don't let it affect the way you act. People like people who are confident, not people who are stuck on themselves. Just stay humble, and don't rub it in people's faces if you love the way you look.

It ain't normal, but it's great. I love the way I look, basically, even though other people say I don't look that good. Who cares? I think I look good.

No. A recent poll showed that only something like 7% of women in the WORLD thought of themselves as beautiful. I think I'm pretty hot so I guess I'm within that lucky 7%.

It should be normal but it seems most of us don't. But yes!!! Way to go for having the self esteem to realize how beautiful you really are!!!!!!

I like the way I look. There are a few things I would change like being a few inches taller!
