Yes and Yes, absolutely!
And, they should be released only if flat broke, no hidden family assets, or overseas accounts so they'll know the depth of the misery they caused the investors they bilked..

No because he'll either be out for good behavior in five years or less, or he'll be pardoned by Bush before he leaves office. Skilling and Lay were huge contributors to both of Bushs' campaigns.

It's not fair if they had to let out a violent criminal to make room for him. I'd like to see non-violent offenders have house arrest but in this case that would be pretty hard to do. So in this case I guess it's fair.
