Everytime I stand sit or move my legs start cracking i'm scared am only 27

The bones don't crack the joints do, it is the synovial fluid that you hear popping. Unless you have pain with that it isn't anything to worry about.

First off, it isn't your bones that are cracking, it's your joints and from what i've read and heard, it's really nothing to be worried about. If you're feeling pain when this happens and it's consistent, then you may want to get yourself checked out.

Extra fluids build up around the joints. The "popping" sound you hear isn't the bone, it's the burst of fluid.

I don't know why that happens but it happens to me a lot also and I'm around your age.
