Pack with newspaper to help absorb moisture and retain shape and leave somewhere warm to dry out slowly rather than fast heat like the top of a radiator that might crack the outer coating. Take out paper once nearly dry and let the air through to dry completely.

You should definetely not put them in the tumble dryer. Shoes are made from so many different materials, and should be dried slowly. That way you will keep them for a longer time. Drying them too fast and with heat, could make them hard and different to wear. Just take out the insoles and let them dry in room temperature.
Good luck!

put newspaper in them.
Open the newspaper out so its fully open, then screw it up loosely. Put it well into the toe part and keep pushing more newspaper int the shoe. It doesn't have to be packed tightly. If the shoes are very wet you can repeat the process with more dry newspaper after an hour or two, or you can just leave them overnight. I used to leave them in the airing cupboard overnight stuffed with newspaper and they would be dry next morning.

Stuff them with newspaper and place them in the sun (when we get some) or on a dry day peg them with the tongue on the washing line.
