depends on which navy. i live in england and very few people die in the british navy. i think because we have no real need for them at the moment.

Everyone who joins the Navy dies someday, so my guess is that it's 100%.

70% non mission related off duty such as DUI, mostly car accident.
20% combat related(like seabee, coprman seals, etc..)
10% ship related, like man overboard missing, hit by plane alot is realated aviation operation.
