When I was younger my mother put me in countless beauty pageants... I won some and I lost some, but all that did was make me self conscious and kept me in a mode where I was always striving to be the most beautiful girl... even though I'm older now and have outgrown pageants and for the most part people consider me attractive, there's still that little beauty pageant contestant inside of me that never fully feels beautiful.......

*sigh* yes I do. I have never been comfortable with what I look like on the outside. i don't know why, I just see every flaw, which I know is normal. I wouldn't change a thing about me on the inside for that makes me me. I just wish the outside would match that.

I've always had self esteem issues :(
But yeah, I wish I could change a few things. 'Tis part of being American, no? Wanting to always get what is just barely out of reach.

Yes and i think every body does because all you see on the tv and magazines are beautiful people.But there not real there fake but
we still see them and think i wish i could be that beautiful.

Sometimes when I'm angry about problems that have something to do with that.But if I believe in God and believe that he has put something that is more beautiful and more attracive than the outer beauty,then normally no.
Because what I'm speaking about is, that if God didn't give me enough beauty, he would give me inner beauty and this is more spiritual and inside you.
What is in you and your spirit is more important than what your look is.
