I'm looking for some new music to listen to, in the vein of Leftover Crack, early Pennywise, Rise Against and Dropkick, Deviates, F-Minus, Propaghandi, Against Me!, Bad Religion, Refused, Comeback Kid, etc...
Everything I look into is either too whiny/melodic/emoish (ie. Taking Back Sunday, crap like that) or has no melody whatsoever and is just screaming. I'm looking for a happy medium. Do you guys have any suggestions?
I like metal too so if you know any good metal bands I'd check them out too. Thanks.

I don't think so. I believe all the good punk bands are from the Sex Pistols era. Most of this new crap is not punk; it's too wimpy to be true punk.
