Unfortunatly, my "7 to 4" daily job prevents me from partying too late, since I do need my wits about me for work in the morning!
However our neighbours, Mr EarthQuake and the construction crew, have a tendancy to begin being noisy at 9:30pm at night, and sometimes can go up until the wee hours in the morning (no matter which day of the week it is!) . Needless to say they are loud and obnoxious and disrespecful pityful excuses for humans!
My hubby "loses" abywhere between 2 to 6 hours of sleep per night, and it's been going on for years now, and our landlord just doesn't care at all; as long as the cheques don't bounce...
Last time I partied? Last weekend! And next time I party? This coming Saturday for my GF's birthday!

I enjoy staying up late because during the week I have to get up early. I stayed out late last weekend and a couple times a month I go dancing at local clubs.
