There's some tax thing that I need to pay. I would like to know how much it is and when I need to pay it. Do I need to pay when I arrive or when I leave? Is it the same at Clark Airport too?

when you buy air ticket, taxes, surcharge and insurance always included. Yo will just pay for airport terminal fee upon departure from philippines. We have in Manila a Centennial airport terminal 2 and the NAIA terminal 1. both will charge you P550.00 or US$11.00. you can pay any currency, they will just convert it. In clark airport you will pay airport terminal fee of P350.00 or US$6.60 orUS$7.00. But if you bought an airticket thru Jetstar or tiger airways, if you are Filipino, you have to pay for P1,620 philippine tax. The airport fee is 550 pesos at NAIA for international departures. The domestic airport fee is 100 pesos. They will accept US dollars at NAIA. I am not sure if they will accept US Dollars at the domestic terminal. I have always paid in pesos.
I am not sure about Clark as I have only flown out of there once and I just don't remember what the fee was.

When arriving at manila there is no tax to pay, but you must pay the departure tax, or terminal tax when leaving. If you are american they will accept US dollars if you are out of pesos.

You need to Pay 550 pesos or $10 when you are boarding from the Philippines to any other country. This will be collected after you check - in your luggages.
