Cut holes in a black plastic garbage for your head and arms.
Paste a bunch of pictures of hot girls; and chickens on it.
Wear it as a "CHICK MAGNET".

Making your own is a great way. Wanna be a potato? try taking a huge white pillow case, color it with spots, and using a childs pair of pants, where you will snap and zip this to your knees, now with your potato head ( pillow case) pull this over your upper body and have someone tuck it into the pants, and off you go.

Go to a goodwill or thrift store buy a old suit. one that looks very old. Cut it up a bit make it look old. Then you could be a dead groom or to make it more fun you could add some rope around your neck with a sign that reads, "I did it because of you". Kinda like you did it because you didnt want to marry whom ever it was. Just a idea.

Be a bag of jelly beans. Get one of those huge garbage sacks, and blow up some balloons. Cut arms, legs, and a face hole in the bag. Put yourself and the balloons inside.

go as Gods gift to men/women.
get a large box and wrap it in brightly colored paper. put on tights or pantyhose or whatever, and cut holes in the box for arms, legs and head. tie a large bow around your neck or head, and attach a large tag that says "TO: ALL WOMEN or ALL MEN FROM: GOD"
