Silence is so much stronger than words...
There's almost no way to compare the effects of the two.
For instance, your girlfriend of 5 years says she loves you and you don't say a single word. She leaves you.
Your parent asks for you on their deathbed. You don't go to them. That silence will cost you regrets for the rest of your life usually.
When you cry and the person closest to you does nothing but stare at you... the silence kills.
Honestly, silence has a voice that's far more deafening than any source of sound. It can say so much depending on the circumstances.

Yes silence has a voice if you can quiet your mind enough to hear it. Each person silence speaks them. In the silence is all the answers you seek.

It has several voices. It can be so beautiful in a happy, shared moment when no words are necessary, it can be uncomfortable in a tense situation and it can be menacing when a perceived threat approaches. It can be subtle and quiet or deafeningly loud.
