By far the best player is Kobe Bryant because all opposing teams focus defensively on Kobe and he still drops 30. Lebron has a supporting cast and KG is starting to get a bette supporting cast Hands down Kobe

Tim Duncan is by far the best. All these other players might be flashier but overall on offense and defense its Duncan. Lebron can't play D, Kobe doesn't play team ball.

Kobe Bryant is the best on the scoredboard, and has the ability to do the most by himself.
However, Iverson and Nash will give you both points and assists, and they know how to make their teammates produce better.
Ben Wallace is the best defender, no question.
Andrei Kirelinko puts up numbers in every category, offensivly (pts, asts, rebs) and defensivly (stls, blks, rebs).

lebron james is the best player in the nba..hes quick, strong, got a decent shot that will come later on, he can dunk!! and his defense is as good as it gets. we have to put in perspective that he should only be coming out of college now, hes turning 22 this year and is already dominating in every state(and province) he goes to.

All around I'd say Steve Nash. Kobe is the best scorer but doesn't have the all around game that Nash has. Nash is unselfish and can score at will if he has to. But in 5 years, LeBron will be king.

Dwayne Wade THEN Lebron James THEN Steve Nash THEN Boris Diaw...you have to think of the all around player to determine your answer to this question!! But you said player, not players so I would have to say D Wade...ofcourse!!!
