You can use the computers the public libraries, but they have one hour limit (sorry about that). If you want to pay some money, you can try internet cafe, which is kind of easy to find.

If it is blocked from access at school, you shouldn't be on that site...maybe you could try learning, that is what school is for, not socializing online!
