Dragon smells mints because she's been eeting Breathsavers. When she breathes fire at people, she wants her breath to smell nice. It takes a lot of mints to make the fire smell minty. She hopes no one has been having sex in her office. She can't smell it, so if they did they must have cleaned it up really good.
