simple answer is yes. They usually cut their first tooth @ approx 6 months but babies can (as with everything) start later or earlier. Signs to look for..
More grizzly than normal
flushed red cheeks
chewing on anything & everything
Refusing bottle/breast (sucking can hurt when teething)
Other symptoms may include..
vomitting
nappy rash
Babies may experience some or all of these symptoms well before the tooth actually cuts the surface - cold teethers help, as does sips of cold water (previously boiled & cooled)

Sure. Just as with any other milestones teething is generally reached at a certain point, but individual cases charted out will look like a bell curve (remember those from geometry or statistics?). So, your child is just on the earlier end.

Yes, My son was 3 months old when he started chewing on everything. I noticed in his mouth one day that he had a little white spot on his gum, but the tooth didn't actually come through until a couple months later.

yes, my second baby started teething at 4 mos., but didn't cut her first tooth until 7 mos! We could feel a tooth just below the edge of her gums, but it took 3 mos to pop through.

It could be possible. I go to church with a lady who's baby was born with several teeth.

If you are concerned, contact your pediatrician. If she is teething, good luck! It sounds like you're getting all the fun at once.
