You can see B.O.M. in any book of materials management.
In short BOM of concrete for one cubicc foot is 1.'x' quantity of stone chip, 2.'y' quantity of sand and 3. 'z' quantity of cement.
Actuall BOM means the ingredients of components required to make/build one particular thing.
So from BOM you can derive the cost of product.

Sorry but you need to explain a little more what you are after.

Are you after a program that helps you do quotes etc with as part of an accounting package, an explanation of how do read / creat a bill of materials.

The question is a little "open ended" a bit like me saying "where can I find about a shopping list?" eg: shope, prducts, prices

In the meantime, if you google for the phrase "bill of materials" you may well find your answer
