I know this is a SICK question, and I don't mean to offend anyone....and believe me, I was as shocked as you when I heard someone ask this on a radio show. But what's worse is that people were actually calling in and saying they WOULD be willing to do it, and one offered to do it for FREE. Could you REALLY strangle a puppy for money? And how much would it take?

I would steal the puppy to take good care it him/her. I like puppy's.
So no I weren't strangle a helpless child of another species just b/c someone offered some money.

no i could not,i have a conscience,i will have to assume that the writer of the show had the day off or they were just out of ideas,that's just barbaric and i cant imagine even mentioning something like that,however id strangle that nut for mentioning that for free.
