What is up with Clinton saying 'we just need to do what Brazil did'?
Don't get me wrong. I want the US to move to Ethanol too but he is saying "and it will save 33% on gas priceses". This is just wrong. In Brazil gas costs over $4.00 per gallon. You would use 30% more Ethanol to go a mile in a car (versus gas). How can you stop this dissinformation?

I agree that he is incorrect. I believe he's saying that on purpose though, as he probably invests in oil and ethanol.

What we should be doing is using water power. Convert it to hydrogen and oxygen, and power our cars that way. If you don't believe it's possible, do a yahoo search and look at your answers.
Search for Stanley Meyer.

Save 66% on your gas prices...park the hoopty as much as possible, drive ONLY when you need to, and, when you do, don't speed etc...don't go for drive-thrus...stay off the freeway etc...you'll save MASS amounts of gas/fuel bill that way.
