It is from the movie You,Me and Everyone We Know. It is from a scene where the twobrothers are chatting with someone on the computer. The younger one says to tell her (on the computer) he wants to poop in her butt hole and she can poop it back to him forever and ever. He made up the symbol to show this.
It was a strange movie to say the least
