im always tired, but no matter what i try (nyhtol, cough medicine wateva)i can never get to sleep. Its jus bin teh past couple of weeks. I wait for atleast two hours, i when i do wake up its liek im scared but i dont know what it is im scraed of, and then i have a sik feeling in my stomach that lasts all morning cos im nervous, but i dont know what of? anyone have anything similar or who can help
i feel like a zombie, cant concentrate and get moody now

You should go to the dr., they will be able to give you a sleep-aid that will work and they will know symptoms of other problems if you have any.

I used to have AWFUL trouble falling asleep and staying asleep because of stress and whatnot. After I started working out I found it much easier to fall and stay asleep. 1). You just tire yourself out from the workout, 2). It releases endorphins which make you feel better, and 3). You can get out alot of anger/aggression/stress when you have a rigorous work out session.

If all else fails, you may want to ask your doctor about a mild anti-anxiety medication (ie Paxil, Lexapro). It definitely won't leave you feeling drowsy like a sleep aid would.

sounds like your mind is just overloaded. see if the doctor can give you some ambien to help you sleep. that stuff works really good.
