She is know in a glass case on display somewhere and I cannot remember where it was. I believe I found out about her on the show ripleys believe it or not. She looks as though she is just sleeping, this is how well preserved she is. I think that she is about 3 years old.

Yes; she's Rosalia Lombardo, and she's in the Capuchin Catacombs of Palermo in Sicily.
