Traffic, without a doubt.
History fo Violence if it isn't in, but skip the other two. Donnie Darko opens well but soon loses it's way and Constant Gardener... sheesh!

I would put those movies in this order.
1. Traffic really good movie
2. Constant Gardener, good but a little slow, and long
3. Donnie Darko, good but weird
4. History of Violence, not as good as I thought it would be

traffic and history of violence are both great movies i havent seen constant gardner and donnie darko is kinda weird
