very simple as the child by nature is curious to know about the new things and want to explore the new world of imagination but now a days due to work of both parents it is not easy for the child to engage in some social activities and so for this they are forced to watch and play video games. also it is not fact that only long hrs . of study can't make the child to top in all the exams. this mind is also a machine and needs some rest. but due to non-availability of the sources and lesser communication among the neighbours they found some other resources. but it is not the fault of children. it is the fault of our examination system and some times issue of parent's prestige.

Children should not be held responsible for playing endlessly and not studying or learning. Their parents are responsible for whatever they are doing.
