Yes, using thought to create a movement in our body without moving at all. Lie down, breathe fully and deep, and then try to tense each part of body one at a time, and relax using just the mind, not any conscious muscular movement at all. It may sound silly, but once you start noticing it happen, many good things would follow... some gain that you did not bargain at all for , a better focusing with the mind becomes enabled ! Good luck & best wishes.

When we normally relax we still have tension in our bodies. If we consciously totally relax a part of our body we can actually feel the relaxation in that part, until our brain no longer receives any signals from that part so we then do not have any sensation of that part of the body.If we now extend this relaxation to all parts of our body, one part at a time, until our brain no longer receives any signals from any part of the body we have the sensation of having no body at all. This does not mean we have no control over our body,we can move as usual if we desire. In this state we are totally relaxed in our body.It appears that in this state we have direct access to our sub-conscious mind to re-programme our habits ,such as to eradicate the dependence upon tobacco or alcohol. This is commonly called "Imagery".But be careful,it can also be used to re-inforce bad motivation so only have clean, upbuilding thoughts when in this state. When relaxing keep your conscious mind active otherwise you may fall asleep. Using this technique I stopped smoking very easily although it took me three weeks to master the relaxation properly.
