Thanks everyone.Everyone gave good answers.I didn't know there were so many different ways to do it! Its gonna be really hard to pick a best answer. I might just put it up for voting.

highlight what ever you could like to copy by holding down your left mouse button and dragging it along the text, then right click and select copy from the box that will appear. then go the the page you would like the paste the information and right click mouse button again and select paste.
there are other ways to do it as shown by other answers by keyboard shortcuts but i always tend to do it with my mouse

You can also use keyboard shortcuts on a windows PC. Highlight the text you want to copy, and hit ctrl-C (the ctrl/control button and the C button at the same time) to copy that text. Next put the cursor where you want to paste the text and hit ctrl-v. Voila! Copied and pasted text.

To Copy: Highlight an area, as shown above, then hold 'Ctrl' + 'C' (For Mac users 'Apple' + 'C').
To Paste: Click your mouse where you want the text pasted, and then press 'Ctrl' + 'V' (For Mac users 'Apple' + 'S'.

Highlight the text. Right click. Copy. go to where it will be pasted. right click paste
