Three things in human life are important. The first is to be kind. The second is to be kind. The third is to be kind.

Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.

Kind words do not cost much. Yet they accomplish much.

Love and kindness are never wasted. They always make a difference. They bless the one who receives them, and they bless you, the giver.

hope that helps

Well you start with the BASICS: Truth, honor, dignity and moral fiber. Which means you start being truthful in every area of your life. You apply honor in all areas of your life as well...this means no telling others secrets...you keep them to yourself! Integrity is what you get for adhering to the code of being honest...Good luck!
