Perhaps you need to have Java or Flash installed on your computer. That will help you out. Both are available for free so there should not be any problems.

1.If you haven't downloaded the game already, go to the Yahoo! Games website, find the game you bought, and click on "Download Game" to download your game.
2.Open the game and click on the "Activate your license" link.
3.Sign in to your Yahoo! account using your Yahoo! ID and password.
4.Yahoo! will then check your account for your game license, and then activate the game on your computer
