I have heard some fun ways of telling the husband when the wife is pregnant but would like to know how you told your husband. Detailed stories are appreciated.

Well, we're still trying to concieve, but I know exactly HOW I'm going to do it when it happens!
I'm going to get one of those pregnancy bears with the 'Cub on Board' dresses on it from Build A Bear and write the year I find out I'm pregnant on her dress. I'm going to place the bear, with the pregancy test on hubby's driver's seat on his truck. I'm going to put our camcorder on the passenger's seat, facing towards the driver's door.
When hubby goes to work in the morning, opens his door, I'll use the camcorder remote control to start taping - so I'll get to record his reaction! Gosh I've been waiting for months to do this lol Can't wait until the day comes!

My husband biggest dream was to become a father. We hadn't been trying long but after each time we "did it" he always said..."do you think we made one?"
We were in the process of planning our wedding, which was a month away, and I had gone in for my first dress fitting. Something didn't feel right...the dress that fit 2 months ago seemed weird. So I had a suspicion. So we had plans to go out with friends for a birthday drink (or two) a couple of days later. When I woke up that morning I did the pee on a stick thing and guess what...my suspicions were right.
Now I am an early riser, always have been, so it was 6:30 in the morning when I found out our good news. My hubby hates waking up early. I ran into the bedroom and pounced on my hubby like a cat. He's a pretty sound sleeper so I shook him until he woke up. He thought the house was on fire and started to freak out. I let him run around like a crazy man for abit trying to find the fire while I sat there holding my stick (I had cleaned it off of course).
Finally he realized I was pretty calm for the house on fire and asked me what was going on. Then I gave him the stick...he was well versed in how to read them by this time. Well he laughed, cried, danced and wasn't the least bid upset that he was awake on a Saturday morning at 6:30.

My husband was sitting in the next room and had a feeling as did I. So, it wasn't any big shock.
But But, I told my 5 year-oold niece first and let her tell the rest of my family! She was so excited that she got to tell everyone else first! LOL
My friends were trying for their 2nd child. She took the test and it was positive. She cleaned the test off and when her son was sleeping put it in his hand. She told her husband to come in and look at how their son was sleeping. He was so shocked that he actually asked her if it was postivive! LOL

well my boyfriend was the one who told me to take the test, and I didn't want to, because I thought I wasn't pregnant.. he waited outside the bathroom door, and sure enough the test was positive.. so I was like "is this really positive?!" and he grabbed it from me and said yes.. we both hugged and were so excited yet shocked. If I were to find out I was pregnant without him knowing I was, I would suprise him... get a cute little gift bag and put the pregnancy test in it with a bow around it. Maybe cook him dinner, and than give him the gift bag during dinner:]

Min isnt very exciting I took 3 tests just to make sure,lol And the after I knew for sure I went in the living room and said " Im pregnangt, im pregnant" and then he passed out!! Lol

Well, I did a p-test one morning while my husband was at work...okay, I did 2 tests cuz I was so shocked at the first posotive result!!
Anyways, I gift-wrapped both tests, put them in a gift bag along with a card that said how much I love him and how happy I am that we're finally going to be starting our family.
We had plans to meet after he got off work, so I brought the gift bag and gave it to him when he picked me up.
He was thrilled!

Sorry, I don't have any exciting story about how I told my hubby. But, the way I told my parents and in-law's about our first child was that I got them an Easter card that said happy easter grandma and grandpa. It took my dad a bit, but he finally got it! Congrats!

I left the pregnancy test on the bathroom sink first thing when he woke up in the morning. He thought it was a joke at first

Well he went to jail 2 dats before i found out i was preg. so i got the ultrasound the doc gave me and sent it and the due date was on the back.

I wrapped the dip stick and gave it to him on father's day when I found out a few days before....
