Punctuation helps when trying to get a point across....but all these religious fanatics can go to Hell....what would happen if a high-ranking politician's (you know who) daughter's life could be saved by stem-cell research? I bet some changes would be made then. I know- this shiite would still happen behind closed doors (which I'm sure is happening already). Whatever happened to "separation of church and state" anyway- it's definitely dead in America- that's for sure!

I disagree

I am not religious at all and I am very conservative.. so thinking all conservatives look to the Christian way of life as the end all be all is wrong on your part.

And as far as judging, we judge just as much as the left does.. it is human nature to judge.

Science has definitely helped the US and no conservatives are not against science.....

And here is the main part of your question, we are not against stem cell research.. If you would actually take the time to listen to someone without jumping to conclusions what most conservatives are against is the government sponsoring the creation of embryos just for the stem cell research.

There is a company outside Philadelphia, PA that deals with stem cells but from adults. They are the same cells you can get from an embryo. I will gladly use the stem cells I have for research, even federally funded research. However I won't create a baby so they can experiment on them.

Adult stem cell research is funded by the government. Additionally, embryonic stem cell research has not been banned, it's just not funded by the tax payers. It is privately funded. If it had as much potential as the left claims the pharmaceutical companies would be investing billions of private dollars. Michael J Fox has a charitable organization for this very thing raising ungodly amounts of money from Hollywood. This is a bogus argument, made by the media to rile people up.

Try again. Stem cell research from embryos is immoral but here are adult stem cells that are not in question. Do some research.
