I don't have body aches or headaches, but I take 2-3 excedrins in the morning cuz it makes me feel better. Is this bad/unhealthy?

It's the caffeine, dude. Don't take aspirin and acetaminophen if you don't need them. Just drink a couple of cups of coffee (each Excedrin has about the same caffeine as a cup of drip coffee) if you absolutely need it. But you oughta wean yourself off that, too, at least down to a cup in the morning. Stimulants work by forcing your body to use reserved energy to make you feel hyper, but then you crash, and you need more stimulants to wake you up...vicious cycle. It's best not to rely on them.

It's not the pain reliever you're addicted to!

It is unhealthy because you are getting your body used to that and I am sure there are health risks. I don't even take medication when I have a headache! I try drinking hot tea first and then relax or take a short nap. I wait a while to see if it will go away by itself. Medication affects the liver and other parts of the body as well. Don't do it anymore!

No,no,no,no. Never take that while pregnant. Not even an aspirin, unless your doctor prescribes a low dose for some other medical reason. The only OTC medication for pain during pregnancy is just Tylenol. You're just gonna have to wait it out until you get a break. But do not take those! They are not safe nor been approved by your doctor.

Very unhealthy! What are you thinking?! How long have you been on this regiment for? God willing, not long because your liver is at stake! ****, if you want to feel good in the morning, polish one off.
