basically take the amount they win an take off at least 40% for taxes...oh how i love government!

besides the .28 % tax. yes. I always wondered about that lucky cae game though, i think they just say congratulations "Jane Doe" of nowhere california! you just won $10,000!! i mean really, how would we know if they were just making that **** up.

of course they do...just minus that with a whole bunch of tax and they get like half of what they win

ya they do get the money.....but the taxes are deducted...
taxes are deducted as per the rule of government...i.e. on the amount won.....
