im a 19y/o teen.right now, im taking weight gain drinks to add some pounds in my body.the problem is, i dont know whether if i still need to do my workouts after i took my drink?
i can do my exercise from 5pm till 7:30 pm but i never got exhausted easily (every evening, i played basketball and football)
is it overexercise or what?
this exercises are a must in my daily activities :benchpress 20 times in 10 rep and work on my biseps (20 times with 10 rep- using 7.5kg dumbbell)

Go to "bodybuilding.com" and read Hugo Rivera's Article on 'Training Sequence'.It shows you how to recycle the parameters.It has worked wonders for me.

If you want to gain more mass you have to increase the weight and do less reps

spending 2.5 hours in the gym is not good. Your weight training session should be 45 min to 1 hr. Spent only 60 to 90 sec rest between sets.

Nutrition is important. Take a protein shake (with carbs) right after you workout, preferably before you take a shower. Also take another protein meal (with less carbs) within 45 to 60 min

when you lift weights use more weight and lower reps

lift more wieghts it alot of protein and dont give up.

more weight less reps. more protien.
