Yes there is my boyfriend is from Chicago and there is always a siren of some sort going off because someone has started a fire, shot someone, or a robbery. He himself has been involved some what with the so called modern "mobs" but only has been hurt many times in the process. My advice dont walk alone in Chicago better yet dont live there unless you want to risk your life.

Why limit yourself to Chicago? Corruption is everywhere. Especially in the Federal government. If you like it, vote Republican!

yes there is and corruption is killed by concerned citizens who vote and hold their leaders accountable... nothing scares a politician more than constituents watching him or her.
