......in some coutries (Muslim, Arab,....) women get a raw deal, but in the western world...they say the future is female, maybe women have a 'je ne sais quois', or it could be reverse discrimination that sometimes takes them to the top.

This calls for a huh? I never heard of that in America. I've heard of men who want to be woman and woman who want to be men. That's about it. I wonder to myself if God is sticking gals souls in guys bodies and guys souls in gals bodies and thats how it happens.
