fist means rock. This crushes scissors (pointer finger and middle) . On the flip side paper beats rock because it covers it.

hand out straight means paper. This covers rock(fist). On the flip side scissors beats paper because it cuts it.

pointer finger and middle finger making a scissor action means scissors. This cuts paper (hand straight out). On the flip side rock (fist) beats scissors because it crushes it.

The game is simply played like this:
Hand behind back, on the count of three you and the opposing player show what you decided to play being, rock (fist), scissors (pointer finger and middle finger) or paper (hand straight out). Use the explanations above to determine who won. Scoring is determined by how long you want to play.
EX: One opponent shows paper, the other shows scissors. Scissors defeats paper. The opponent who defeated gets the point.

If both lead with the same no-one gets the point.

We play to like 25 points with a twist. The one who wins gets the point the one who loses minus' a point. It is much more fun this way. Hope this helps enjoy!!...LL.

Um, 'rock, paper, scissors' is a game involving 2 or more people.

You each hit your fist against your hand 3 times, then each person choses to show 'rock,' 'paper,' or 'scissors.' Rock is a fist. Paper is a flat hand. Scissors is sticking out your index and middle fingers, like forming the number two.

Rock beats scissors (crushes them)
Scissors beats paper (cuts it)
Paper beats rock (smothers it)

If playing with three or more people, in the event of a tie, those involved get to duke it out alone until one final winner is chosen.

This game is normally used for chosing who gets to do tedious tasks.

That's all...I think.

Rock beats all. Flimsy paper can never defeat the raw essence of stone. The rock cannot be destroyed. The rock can rip through paper with ease. The rock knows all.

Ok
If you think about it, if there is a rock laying on the ground, and a paper blows onto it, then you have no rock.
if a pair of scissors is laying on the ground, then a rock could easily smash them.
and of course scissors cut right through paper.

It is sorta a life death situation lol
